Yoga for Seniors

Are you a senior facility looking to add some mindfulness to your weekly activities?

Having  been around nursing homes and assisted living facilities most of my life, I understand the need for positive and calming experiences. Many residents, caregivers and staff members can be left feeling lonely, drained, or misunderstood at the end of the day. As a yoga instructor, I strive to provide seniors, residents, and caregivers an opportunity to reconnect to their breath and find peace of mind through yoga.
